Unprofessional This is one of those times where if I could give zero stars, I would. The person I had been dealing with, online and text, was Harold. He was cordial This is one of those times where if I could give zero stars, I would. The person I had been dealing with, online and text, was Harold. He was cordial throughout the entire time although he started to do the whole back and forth thing with his manager (Justin) that they’re known for doing. I was pretty set on a number and after some time, we couldn’t agree on a number and I thanked him for his time and was ready to walk out since it was late and I was ready to go. As Harold was walking me out he stops by another managers desk and again they ask the same questions to see how they can “earn your business”. I let him know I had a number in mind and if it can be met then we have a deal if not then that’s ok and maybe another time. He calls Justin over and again starts discussing the options. After I let them know for the umpteenth time what it was I was looking for as it hadn’t changed, he says he’ll go “run some numbers” again. Justin goes runs numbers a couple more times and still not what I asked for. I extend my hand to thank Harold for his time and let Justin know I will pass. Justin tells me “he’d hate for me to wake up Monday morning and wish I had taken the offer”. I tell him maybe I will or maybe I will not. I go to look at the paper again and said I’ll think about it and was going to take a picture of it so I can mull over the offer. He jerked the paper out of my hand and said “I won’t be having you use my numbers to get a better deal”. I was shocked at how he had yanked the paper out of my hand and said what he did. Completely unprofessional! Early on I had given Harold a number and once I had done that, i never wavered from that and wasn’t rude about them not being able to give me the offer I had wanted. Don’t waste your time going here and if you must, be extremely leery of Justin. More

Easy going. Respectful. He gave me a tour as well. Hugo sold me on the warranties however they are pricey and I was told that my transmission would not be covered but Luis another fiancé manager told me today that it was covered under the warranty as long as I am keeping up with my oils changed and other Toyota care. I was assured that in the next 6 years or 100,000 miles if I need anything fixed on the vehicle Toyota would take care of it. I’m holding you to your word. More
