We are a locally owned and operated store with a new facility built in 2008 for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Service Rep Martin Flores went over and beyond. My husband called Martin to say I was going to take my car for the 40,000 mile oil change and other recommended s Martin Flores went over and beyond. My husband called Martin to say I was going to take my car for the 40,000 mile oil change and other recommended services. Martin said that would be fine but he was scheduled to leave at 5. Needless to say. I was running late. I arrived at 4:20. Martin came out to greet me smiling. I went to the waiting room. While there Martin texted me and said he would let me know when my car would be ready. It was around 6:20 and to my surprise I saw Martin coming around the corner smiling and he came to tell me that my car was ready. Martin escorted me to the service desk and told me he would meet me outside. And yes we’ll past the time he was supposed to leave for the day he was outside smiling and walked me to my car. Thank you Martin for being so conscientious. More
