LOVE North Park! Purchased a new 2019 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 Limited Nightshade off the showroom floor. Everyone at this dealership was top notch and very attentive. Our salesman, Jimmy Solis, aka The Bowtie Guy, was assisting another customer when we arrived so Milton Alicea helped us when we arrived to get started picking out our vehicle. Jimmy soon joined us and we couldn't be more pleased with either salesperson that assisted us. Both went above and beyond. Got my early New Year's gift in time! Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me and we stayed there almost all day! I was a bit disappointed and so I looked for another dealership online and chose Toyota North Park in SW loop 410. To my surprise, Jesse immediately had called me back and set up an appointment for Dec 31st. When we got to the North Park dealership, Jesse toured us around and the place is marvelous to me and to be quite honest , looks better than the other dealership where we came from. Jesse is very informative, friendly, courteous and took his time to explain the features of the car that I wanted and most of all, helped me get to the numbers that I wanted. I also respect Mr Lancaster's honesty and being straight-forward and no non- sense attitude about the financing aspects. All in all, me and my husband felt we were valued as a customer that day and I got the car that I wanted in time before Toyotathon was over! Great experience ! Will recommend to my friends ! More
