Needed an airbag replaced due to recall. Called and gave them the recall info. Said it would take a week to get part and about two hours to replace. Good thing I followed my daughter there or she would have been stranded. We live an hour away. Why bother scheduling? More

Bad experience with buying parts here. Bought a new windshield. Arrived with damage on bottom corner which I did not catch until I reached my glass installer. Was basically told to go pound sand when I reported the parts damage over the phone to them. If you buy glass from them, make sure you have time to open the box, remove the glass, remove the plastic and go through every inch of the edge of the windshield. Box was obviously opened before I even took possession of it too. More
