Customer service cannot be topped From the greeting to being told not to hesitate to reach out if I need anything when leaving, Will Jones always makes me feel like an important custom From the greeting to being told not to hesitate to reach out if I need anything when leaving, Will Jones always makes me feel like an important customer. He has a great sense of humor, joking back with me when we arrived about a half hour early when we are usually just getting there on time or a couple of minutes late. He has excellent communication skills, keeping me abreast of what is going on. He works hard to make sure I am safe and happy. Although I moved far away from the dealership, I make the time to come back for my service because of the way I am treated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reset settings that might be erased due to the work. For example, I had my battery replaced and my display was not as bright as it had been until I asked how to change it back, my radio station favorites are gone, and the clock was not displaying the right time.
