Disappointed in the "appointment" time Apparently having an "appointment" at 10:00 doesn't mean that they will start working on your car at 10:00. It only means that is when you are schedul Apparently having an "appointment" at 10:00 doesn't mean that they will start working on your car at 10:00. It only means that is when you are scheduled to drop the car off. When I called around 2:00 to see if they were finished with my inspection and oil change, I was told they were just getting ready to pull it in the service bay and they would be finished in "an hour or so". Having not heard ANYTHING by nearly 5:00, I decide to just go and wait there for them to finish. I was told they were just finishing up because they were delayed by a recall on another car. So in the end, my car had a oil change and didn't need anything done to pass inspection and it still took over 3 hours after they started on a "one hour or so" job and and 7 hours after my "appointment". I wanted to get the car done early so I could paint a room in my house. I didn't want to have to stop painting to go get the car. Needless to say, no painting got done that day. More

The only thing we take dealing with Mazda is that they deal only with Chase Ba We had great experience working with Tony Hamilton, smooth transaction! The only thing we take dealing with Mazda is that they deal only with Chase Bank as a lender for leasing, leaving the coustmer for the monopoly of that bank, I hope Mazda give chance to thier coustmer to choose other lenders, or at least couple of them.
