I arranged a wait appointment, and they took my car on time, finish the inspection for the recall very quickly, an Took my car in for a recall notice. They went above and beyond We purchased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from NorthPenn and the car had some issue that no one was aware of. Northpenn picked the car up and left a loaner and le We purchased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from NorthPenn and the car had some issue that no one was aware of. Northpenn picked the car up and left a loaner and let us keep the loaner or almost a month until the situation was resolved and another used CX9 was found. Great job! More
