I purchased a pre ownd certified Mazda 3 I only have positive thoughts about my buying experience with North Penn Mazda and Vinny Denardo. I stopped by on a rainy night and Vinny was glad to round up the car I wanted to drive, and believed me when I said I wasn't there to buy that night. He gave me all the info I needed and gave me a gentle follow-up the next day and tipped the scales towards my purchase. I live almost an hour from the dealership, we did a lot of the transaction by phone and the credit ap was done on line. I was in and out of the dealership under an hour when I took delivery. The car was clean and ready to go, Vinny was informative and polite as was the young lady in the finance office. More

Terrific Car Buying Experience I’m in Northern NJ so North Penn Mazda is a little ways from me, but after reading the great reviews about this dealership here and elsewhere I decide I’m in Northern NJ so North Penn Mazda is a little ways from me, but after reading the great reviews about this dealership here and elsewhere I decided it was worth considering them for a new Mazda 6 I was looking to purchase. I contacted them through their website with exactly the car I was looking for and Joe Butler emailed me back very quickly letting me know the dealership was very interested in working with me and then followed up with a very good offer. Joe and the Used Sales Manager Mike Fontaine also offered me a good trade in value on my older Honda Civic which saved me the trouble of having to sell it privately. At the dealership, everything went smoothly. The paperwork was taken care of quickly and Joe also spent time with me going through all the car features. I was in and out within a couple of hours. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. Joe and everyone else I came into contact with at the dealership were knowledgeable and friendly and you can really tell they’re proud of what they sell. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We had a very specific combo of features we wanted and everyone at North Penn bent over backwards to make it happen for us, not just try to get us to buy whatever car they had in stock. They were responsive to email and helpful at every turn. This was our second car bought through the North Penn group and I would gladly go back next time! More

Worth the Drive from Anywhere! I live 1.5 hours from North Penn Mazda. There are other Mazda dealerships closer to my home but I am *so* glad I found North Penn Mazda. I started researching my 2015 Mazda6 online and Joe Butler was the only sales rep who responded to the lead (generated by one of the review sites) with a hype-free, personal email. North Penn had the exact car I wanted. I supplied them with my trade information and my payment range and within a day, I had their committed price. I drove to the dealership, drove the car and an hour or so later, I painlessly drove home with a beautiful Mazda6. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Butler --- pleasant, professional and very eager to make sure that the entire experience was a good one. North Penn has a great reputation for an excellent dealer and my Mom bought her Mazda there however, this being my first dealership car purchase I was naturally skeptical. I started my interaction via a very convenient live chat feature right on the car listing page. Joe Butler was the rep on the other side of the chat, and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and I decided to come in the next day to test drive the vehicle. I enlisted the Mazda expertise of a friend during the test drive and we spent about 45 mins inspecting every little part under the hood. Joe gave us all the time we needed with the car, and I felt no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. After a rigorous examination checklist, extensive research of Carfax/service records, and the official green light of my expert consultant, I decided to pull the trigger. We came to quick, fair agreement on the price and from there Brent Freid got a me a great finance rate. When I came to pick it up, Colleen went over all the paperwork with me and answered my numerous final questions. The car was detailed, gassed up, and ready to go when I walked out of the building. The customer service here is unmatched compared to other dealerships that I visited, and I felt very confident in my final decision knowing that it was the right one.
