What an amazing experience I bought a new 2015 CX-5 at North Penn Mazda, and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life, by a long shot. I bought a new 2015 CX-5 at North Penn Mazda, and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life, by a long shot. When I walked into the dealership, Vince Denardo in sales came over to greet me. I talked with him about the car that I was trading in, and what I was looking for in a new car, and within a few minutes we were out on a test drive. He let me select the roads on which to drive, and was happy to give me the opportunity to truly test out the car. When we returned to the dealership and I decided that I wanted to purchase the car, he asked me about the price that I was looking for on the trade in, and what I wanted to pay for the new car. I had researched the values before coming to the dealership and I handed Vince my printouts with the numbers that I was looking to hit. He brought the numbers over it his manager, Kyle, and he came back with almost exactly the numbers I was looking for. When I mentioned that I would like to see the price come down a bit more, he went back to Kyle, and they came back with a price that was even a bit better than what I was asking for. I've never before been to a dealership where everyone was so open, honest and friendly, and where they put absolutely no pressure on the buyer. When it came time to sign the papers, my experience with Jason H. in finance was just as positive. I had read all of the good comments about this dealership on deal rater before I went in, so I had a sense that this place might be different than your typical dealership. But walking in and experiencing this kind of customer service for myself was just amazing. I just cannot express strongly enough in words how completely blown away I was by this positive experience. More

I went to two other dealerships prior to going to North Penn Mazda and what the other dealerships lacked was completely made up for at North Penn Mazda. My experience with Dan was great; he was up front, honest, not pushy, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. Dan also went above and beyond when my trade-in wouldn’t start and needed to be taken to the dealership on the day of buying the new car---super helpful and I appreciate their hard work! My son, I know, was also impressed with how Joe handled things including his test-drive. The other person we dealt with was Jason H who handled the signing of all the paperwork and whose job it was to also sell warranties, etc. I turned him down in every case because I don't believe in them and never felt pressured by Jason to change my mind. THRILLED! My current lease (Ford Focus) was up in July, so I started to really think about my next step the end of May. The Focus was great for me 2 years ago; My current lease (Ford Focus) was up in July, so I started to really think about my next step the end of May. The Focus was great for me 2 years ago; however since that time, I've really honed in on what I like & what I want. Plus, I was feeling a transmission issue... not that it couldn't be fixed, but I was surprised how differently it drove only 2 years in. A good friend suggested that I try Mazda since I like "sporty". I was going to go the local/close Mazda dealership, but he said, "No! Go to North Penn! _____ is awful." So, even though NP was farther for me AND I didn't know anyone specific, I reached out via e-mail to inquire about the Mazda 3. I was always a Honda and Nissan fan, but really didn't know much about the Mazdas. Just in my initial research, I was very impressed with the look of the Mazda 3, as it was new in 2014, as well as the trim level options. Tony Hamilton immediately got back to me & we set it up so I'd come see the car on Saturday. Quick & easy - great. I do want to commend NP in that I didn't receive a million e-mails after that. As I said, I had been looking, done some inquiries and one dealership sent me 9 e-mails one day between 4 am and 7 am. That is just WAY too much - it's a complete turn off. I understand it's automated, but it was nice to have access to Tony as a resource, directly via e-mail. The Ford dealership enjoyed telling me how incredibly busy they are. Who's more important than me at that point? I felt like I was bothering them. But, when I got to NP Mazda - yes, they were busy, it was a Saturday - but Tony was calm, cool & collected AND had a car ready for me to drive. So OPPOSITE of feeling like a PITA. :) My case was a little complicated - trying to coordinate my current lease return as well as some finance challenges - but Tony REMAINED calm, cool & collected throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and he always got back to me immediately and never made me feel like I pain (though I know I was!!!). He was very knowledgeable and I felt that he worked very hard to get me what I wanted. This continued throughout picking up the car yesterday. I had decided mid-stream that I wanted fog lights. Tony got them done & they looked GREAT. SO happy I got them! And, even something little like this.... I expressed wanting to buy the all-weather mats. They were already IN my car when I arrived yesterday. Everything went smoothly yesterday, too, in spite of it being a busy Saturday, last day of the month. The process still went faster than I expected, including the Finance part, with Jason H. Jason was also very knowledgeable and efficient. Again, they were incredibly busy yesterday - everyone - but any NP employee I came in contact with was smiling, helpful and appreciative (calm, cool & collected in spite of a hectic day!). And, the car?!? I wish you could see it :) It speaks for itself. I have good taste! ;) It is truly gorgeous, very sharp. I love all the details, down to the red stitching on the seats. I got the I Grand Touring and it really feels luxurious and drives SO nicely! I'm really pleased with my decision. Anyone I tell that I got a Mazda says "oh yeah, they're great cars". I'm just sorry it took me this long to experience it. Do not hesitate to go to North Penn Mazda even IF they might not be the closest dealership. You will feel special! More

We were treated extremely professionally by everyone we spoke with, and the entire process was fast, friendly and accurate. Vinny was so patient and informative explaining every detail of the car before we left. He even set up our phone with bluetooth for us. He was very thorough with the entire process. Jason H. made sure that he explained every detail in the process of setting up our financing. Every question was answered perfectly. Joe, Vinny and Jason H. made sure buying our new car easy and non stressful. We value honesty in a dealership, and we were not disappointed in any way. We are thrilled with our new car. Knowing that we received the best possible deal in terms of price and financing makes it even better! More
