We were treated extremely professionally by everyone we spoke with, and the entire process was fast, friendly and accurate. Vinny was so patient and informative explaining every detail of the car before we left. He even set up our phone with bluetooth for us. He was very thorough with the entire process. Jason H. made sure that he explained every detail in the process of setting up our financing. Every question was answered perfectly. Joe, Vinny and Jason H. made sure buying our new car easy and non stressful. We value honesty in a dealership, and we were not disappointed in any way. We are thrilled with our new car. Furthermore Joe explained many of the features of the car that were new to me, that I did not even know to ask about; very informative. Paired my phone, super! Eased into the financing very suggestively and helpfully. Price negotiations with the trade-in and purchased car very handled very expeditiously; the manager was friendly, and again I stress, he also was not pushy! Joe went the extra mile politely: I had not noticed that there was a front bumper advertising plate on the car until the next day at home- my fault in the excitement of buying a new vehicle. But when I did I was not a happy camper. As a customer I despise these things, and expressed my opinion very pointedly to Joe. 'Cool Joe' took care of it for me in a very courteous business like manner and got the body shop to fill the 2 little holes with color matching plugs. On another front: your facility is very clean and the bathroom is spotless - says a lot to customers, especially women! More

John was not your typical pushy salesman even though as we approach he was standing outside. (After this winter - I would be standing outside too). My daughter and I had a budget and weren't sure if we were going the used car route or the new car route. John was very patient and showed both new and used. He knows his product and believes in his product because he drives a Mazda. After consideration and a call to our insurance - we decided on the new car (plus insurance dropped from the 2009 honda civic she was driving to the new 2014 Mazda 3- crazy right). Reliability and safety are two key factors in putting your child behind a wheel, and I felt this was a great move. The whole experience was easy, non pressure, and I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as the salesman, John Sell, x to everyone. Thanks! More
Best - and easiest - car buying experience I have ever had I first met Jason Hartman at North Penn Mazda two years ago when we were shopping for a new CX-5 for my wife. This was when they had just become avai I first met Jason Hartman at North Penn Mazda two years ago when we were shopping for a new CX-5 for my wife. This was when they had just become available and were very hard to find. Though we ended up buying at a different dealer that had exactly what we wanted, I was impressed enough to keep Jason's name on file. When it came time to replace my car, I had two models at the top of my list - the new Mazda 3s GT and the VW GLI. Since I was less than happy with my prior experience at the other Mazda dealer, and because North Penn's dealerships carried both makes, I contacted Jason to see if he'd be able to arrange for extended test drives of both cars back-to-back so that I could really get a feel for how they compare. With an infant son at home and almost no free time, I needed to be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible, at times that worked best for me. Despite no longer being in sales - he was now a finance manager - Jason made all the arrangements and had both cars ready when I arrived. He also made sure to get answers to the follow-up questions I had, and even arranged a 2nd test drive of the Mazda so that I could be sure my wife would be comfortable driving it if she had to and that our son's car seat would fit in the back seat. Once I made the final decision to go with the Mazda, I turned the process around a bit and put together an offer to the dealership for the exact color and options that I wanted, and that was an extremely good deal (for me), but that I also felt was ultimately achievable. At that point, Jason had to turn me over to someone in sales, and so introduced me to Tony Hamilton. It was then that I expected the process to bog down a bit and have to start negotiating, meet the sales manager, hear why my trade's not worth what I think it is, etc.. But there was none of that! They evaluated my trade and ran the numbers in the span of maybe 20 minutes, and Tony wrote up the buyer's order exactly as I had proposed. Considering that they would have to locate the car for me, and that my trade was 14 years old, I was almost shocked that they didn't try to bargain the price higher "just because". I had my new Mazda by the end of the week. Jason did a great job explaining all the paperwork and had us through that process quickly and painlessly. Tony took the time to explain every feature of the new car, answer all of my wife's and my questions, and even had us scheduled for our first (and complimentary) oil change. I'm enjoying my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience at North Penn Mazda. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

We were able to find a car that met our needs and price. I feel I got an exceptional value. The service from everyone was excellent. Something as simple as letting my wife and I take the car out without the salesman let us openly discuss our concerns and work through them, forming our questions for Dan when we got back. Great experience compared to my other trips to dealerships. I will definitely make them my first stop next time I need a car and recommend them to my family and friends. More
