great experience I never imagined buying a car would actually be a good experience. We initially contacted this dealer thru email and then called and were in the deale I never imagined buying a car would actually be a good experience. We initially contacted this dealer thru email and then called and were in the dealership several hours later. We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had it and worked with us. Tony was very friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. In addition, I felt I received a fair price on my trade in. Tony spent a lot of time with us in going over all the features of the car. I financed the car through the dealer at a great rate. The finance manager was also easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and no hard sell tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Tony Hamilton. Hopefully, the next time I buy a car I will experience this level of service. More

Joe Magarity was very helpful and made it possible for me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. John and Joe helped me make an informed decision without pressuring me. Life Change Almost 3 weeks after having a baby, my husband and I decided we would need a larger car. After researching various mid-sized SUV's we agreed on the Ma Almost 3 weeks after having a baby, my husband and I decided we would need a larger car. After researching various mid-sized SUV's we agreed on the Mazda CX9, not only for appearance reasons but also,because of the great reviews and affordability. After finding one that met all of our needs at North Penn, we were disappointed to find out that it had been sold an hour before we went to look at it. We were able, though, to test drive another one which solidified our decision that this car would be a perfect fit for us. Luckily, we were told that another CX9 would be arriving that week, which had less miles and was a year newer. After all was said and done, we walked away with a great car which we got for a great deal and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences that we've ever had! More

Tony, the Mazda sales representative, provided excellent upfront pricing with absolutely no hassle. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and treated me with the utmost appreciation, respect, and courtesy. Similarly, Jason, the finance manager, was efficient in handling all of the paperwork and was tremendously informative. Both Tony and Jason thanked me and showed great appreciation for my business. I would recommend this dealership and these particular Mazda representatives to anyone, and I hope to send more business their way. I can't say enough good things about my experience at North Penn.
