In March I returned to look for and purchase the MX-5 and worked with Greg Martin, since Tony was off that day. I was able to settle on the purchase without hassle and the exact car I was looking for was found and delivered within 24 hours with Mr. Martin's help. Delivery of the car was made very efficient with Jason Hartman's help during the payment process. Jason Hartman told us of all extra coverage available without sales pressure. My overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends. After an accident in 2005, I had to buy a new car. After a bad experience at a different local Mazda dealer where they only wanted to move cars, I took a 25 minute trip to North Penn Mazda. The salesman not only made sure that I got what I wanted, but he also made sure that I felt safe in a new car after the accident. So when I was looking to buy a new car this year, North Penn Mazda was my first choice since the previous experience was great. The sales office was very busy that day, so I was able to check out the cars in the showroom and on the lot beforehand. I did my research on the 3i Grand Touring and knew that was the car I wanted. Joe Manfredi was really helpful with showing me the 3iGT, and the test drive went great. He was very friendly and outgoing but wasn't pushy like some dealers. He gave me a number for the car that was generous, and I couldn't pass the deal up. I was a bit difficult because they didn't have the 3iGT in red on the lot, so they would have to get it from another dealership. And I told him there was no deal if the car came from a dealership with a front facing license plate holder already on the car (because then they fill the holes with plastic bumper plugs; happened with my last car). Joe bent over backwards to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! Jason Hartman handled the financing, and he was very thorough in explaining what I was getting and what was included and not included in the deal. He was also very friendly and not pushy in getting me to purchase other options. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Mazda visits North Penn Mazda. Everyone is friendly, and they don't just want to sell you a car---they want to sell you the car that you actually want! More

When I finally purchased my car, I was so happy with it. I felt I had made a truly informed decision thanks to the knowledgable staff. Service was great too. I brought my car to North Penn for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and every time the service was quick and I got a full run-down of what was done and when I needed to be back for my next service appointment. Convenience yet quality service are definitely something you can expect. When I was in the market for a new car I didn't hesitate going back to North Penn. I loved my pervious Mazda 3 and I knew I wanted another one and there wasn't any other dealership I wanted to deal with. The people are friendly and easy-going and I knew I was in good hands. Greg Martin was my guy and he was extremely helpful— he gave me all of my options, and answered all my questions— he even helped me sync my phone through Bluetooth before taking my car off the lot. Greg never pushed any incentives on me or made me feel like I was rushed into my deal. When it came time to sit down and sign for the car, Jason Hartman was as thorough as you'd want a financial person to be when you're signing for a car. I knew exactly what I was getting and what my deal included/did not include. The dealership gave me a very favorable trade-in allowance on my car, and the Toyota was in excellent condition for a 2002. To close the deal, Dan offered a slightly better price and agreed to have some touch-up painting done on the vehicle. Jason did the closing on my paperwork and was very courteous and helpful. Buying a used car can be a big hassle, and Dan/Jason made it very easy. I hope I won't need another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do, I will check with Dan for either a new or used vehicle. More

When I decided to buy a new Mazda5 Costco sent me to another dealership. I went back to North Penn Mazda because of their customer loyalty program and their friendly, knowledgeable sales team. I never thought they would match the Costco price but they did because of the loyalty bonus and an additional sales incentive. I was very satisfied with the bargaining process and I was even happy that this dealership would be selling my first Mazda5. I feel like I left it in good hands. North Penn Mazda is in a league of their own when it comes to a car buying experience. They are able to combine a laid back approach with top notch professional service.
