I went to a number of dealers while searching for a new car. I received the stereotypical run around from just about all of them. North Penn Mazda is in a league of their own when it comes to a car buying experience. They are able to combine a laid back approach with top notch professional service. I just bought my new 2014 CX-5 from these guys and I couldn't have had a better, smoother car buying experience. Everyone at this dealer was AWESOME to work with. I traded in my old car and they offered me a very fair trade in price. I ended up leasing the Mazda6 Sport which I am in love with! I am all around happy with my experience at NorthPenn Mazda. (NorthPenn VW was also extremely helpful and there was never any pressure) More

I recently leased a 2013 Mazda from NorthPenn Mazda and could not be happier with my experience. Previously I want to Faulkner Mazda to see their offers. Tony Hamilton was quick to respond to my emails and any questions I had regarding the price, and worked to get the numbers I was interested in. Dan Oestreich, Ray Manto, and Jason Hartman took great care of me once I was in the dealership. They explained everything thoroughly, taking into consideration it was my first time. They were patient with my questions and really tried to get me the best deal. I left the dealership with a 2013 Mazda 3 Sport yesterday, and received a call from Ray today stating they were still working to get me a lower monthly payment. My expereince was aboslutely wonderful! I would recommend anyone to NorthPenn Mazda! Thank you for your help! I will definitely be back for more! More
