Impressed & Grateful! I was scheduled for an inspection & oil change the day of storm Ida. It was mentioned to me it might be about a two hour wait. Solid. My appt was the day Hurricane Ida rolled by and they ended by closing early. So I missed my window for pickup. I had a rental for the one day and then needed to use it for a few extra hours the nex they ended by closing early. So I missed my window for pickup. I had a rental for the one day and then needed to use it for a few extra hours the next day. Luckily I was only charged the insurance fee for 1 day. Happy with it but wish they reported to Carfax.
