I have a Mazda 3 lease through north Penn and every time I take my car for service I am pleasantly surprised by their amazing customer service. They make coming in for service a pleasant experience. They were able to get me a loaner car last minute which I really appreciated. They always service my car within the same day I take it in. I’ve Always been very impressed by their turn around time on servicing my vehicle. I’m glad to have found their dealership when I leased my car and I will be buying all my future cars here from them. Very impressed by first service! Literally everything was first rate. My appointment was scheduled far in advance, when I took delivery of my vehicle. The first service was complimentary, and included a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I also had a couple questions about the cruise control and MyMazda app, which were easily handled by the service staff. And they washed my vehicle. All of that would probably be enough to earn the highest rating. But my experience was even better than that. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and included free WiFi. The wait time was reasonable, and I was given multiple updates while I waited. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout, including appointment reminders, emails, texts, phone, and face to face interactions. Plus something I’d not experienced before: video. The tech that serviced my vehicle created a short video with a walk around of it, and narrated his assessment of its condition. I received it via email and text. The video was an unexpected touch. But what impressed me most was that the dealer noticed the annual state inspection was overdue and, because it had expired less than six months from when I took delivery, offered (with no prompting) to perform another inspection free of charge. I happily accepted. This is the kind of service I might imagine from a luxury brand, but did not expect from a Mazda dealer. It builds on the excellent purchasing experience I had, where Keith, et al patiently walked us through the numerous features of my vehicle. I’m extremely satisfied with both my vehicle and my dealer. Well done! More
