Headlights were flickering and was a safety hazard for my daughter. Issue was the pcm needed an update. Warranty was expired but this should have been covered by the dealer. Instead was stuck with a $130 bill for something that should have been treated as a recall. Minimum should have been a severe discount instead dealer was inflexible and had to pay full price for a commonly known issue with a TSB. I will not be returning to this dealer for service on any of my Mazda vehicles. More

Came in 2/6 for 2nd recall on airbag. After working on it, the airbag light came on. Never on before. Catie said not your fault.Repair $615. I said you should make it right. I'll never be back for service and I'll tell everyone I meet about this. My son sold me this car while working for you. I'll never buy another Mazda. More
