Polite,,efficient, thorough I usually wait while my .CX-5 is being serviced. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing is the video that the servicing techn I usually wait while my .CX-5 is being serviced. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing is the video that the servicing technician texts you - he discusses what’s been done and shows you any problems or service items that you should be aware of. If the repair is too long to wait for, I get a free loaner (maybe because we bought the car from this dealership). Overall,,outstanding. More

Best Service NP Mazda is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Service department is efficient, fast, and reliable. They called to let me know there was a NP Mazda is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Service department is efficient, fast, and reliable. They called to let me know there was a recall on a module that I was unaware of and they would take care of it without any worry to me. I also needed inspection, oil change, tire rotation and had a separate appointment for this but they were able to combine it into one appointment at short notice. Highly recommend for service! More
