Excellent service in rental dept. I arrived on 1/31/19 during a busy evening, everyone was rushing to beat the snow. I appreciated him getting me through the line as quickly as possible so that I could be on with my evening. The next day, Will from service brought my car up and cleaned off the ice and snow. Pro-active team Much to my surprise, the car did not start during a cold snap at 12 deg. The battery tested both good and bad. The nice part was being kept in the loop on the problem. If I had not known I would be struggling during this latest cold snap at 0 deg.
