Amanda demonstrated the ultimate professionalism and respectfulness for my most recent experiences with North Penn Mazda. Amanda handled my scenarios with the outcome that every organization needs to re respectfulness for my most recent experiences with North Penn Mazda. Amanda handled my scenarios with the outcome that every organization needs to reflect in customer service. The staff was professional and knowledgeable as well. However after having to return my car for a third time within a few weeks for an additional service, I was frustrated by miscommuncation. It came down too “he said, she said” which in my eyes is never an agreeable middle ground for the facts. I appreciated the customer service and knowledge extended from the Service Dept. It was communication between myself and Mazda reps that took place and reflected us not being on the same page after leaving. This is when Amanda stepped up to the plate to ensure I experienced the outcome I expected. Thank you for offering me the opportunity to explain.
