My first visit to NorthPenn VW was fantastic. Erin Trotter was very helpful and thoroughgoing with the entire process. Her communication skills are exceptional, too. My first visit to NP VW, i was a walk-in for an oul change at 3pm. I asked Erin Trotter if she could accomodate me, she quickly checked with a technician and told me she would be able to have the vehi change at 3pm.
