After waiting at the dealer for 3 hours and 3 minutes, I was told that the machine for emissions testing was broken and I would be given a loaner car until the machine could be fixed. Later that afternoon I was told that the machine for emissions testing was broken and I would be given a loaner car until the machine could be fixed. Later that afternoon I was told a part necessary for my car to pass inspection was out of stock and would be delivered the next day so I needed to keep the loaner longer. Finally, after picking up my car, the front passenger seat had black grease on it from a paper the tech must have been using and left on the passenger seat. The driver's seat had the plastic covering. More
