CPO Issues I bought a 2014 Jetta TDI which shook on the highway on the drive home after buying it. Service at first would not give an appt. for 2 weeks but after I bought a 2014 Jetta TDI which shook on the highway on the drive home after buying it. Service at first would not give an appt. for 2 weeks but after enough arguing have one for a few days later. All in all quality service, moreso disappointing they would sell a CPO car that was not in like new condition More

The employees seem happy and are in sync with each other. I had a stress free purchase of my VW Atlas. There were no tricks and no push to buy extras but they are available. I honestly have recommended this dealership to friends and family. I have purchased parts and the same positive results resulted. I lost my registration card and it was replaced gratis as a courtesy. Last week the body shop replaced my windshield and provided a rental from the in house car rental. Every bodyshop/rental interaction was easy as well. I have worked at car dealership and bodyshops and had my own business for years and this is a quality business. Thank you Mike Kelly More
