I had a number I wanted to pay for new GTI in my head walking in and he and I literally worked out price in about 30 seconds. Fair and Efficient. There were a couple of options I wanted and he presented multiple options for getting exactly what I wanted in a timely and clearly communicated manner. He and his team took just the right amount of time to close the deal as well. The process didn't drag on for hours (thankfully). Rather he answered questions my wife and I had thoughtfully and efficiently. Their finance team (Jason H.) was equally efficient and easy to talk to. Walked me through the details and answered questions I had. Neither gave a hard sell on 'extras' (service plans, etc) but they did take the time to describe the products available and didn't push when I declined on some. Basically they treated me as I would treat others, and what more can you ask. In sum, this is our first VW and if there is another in our future, I'll find Bill and his team and work with them. No hesitation. More

All members of the North Penn team with whom I interacted went the extra mile to make sure I had plenty of information available to me - about the car, the warrant, the credit, the trade-in, etc. While the representatives were friendly - they definitely were not the type to say whatever it takes to make the customer grin and hand over their card.
