Thank you so much for taking my call this morning. I also want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your recent visit. The goal for our customers is 100% satisfaction and it is clear that we fell short during your visit with us. I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait over three hours only to learn there was an issue with the emissions testing system, and have to keep the loaner longer because the needed taillight was unavailable. On top of that, finding black grease on your front passenger seat after picking up your vehicle is certainly not the condition your car should have been returned in, and I'm very sorry for that oversight. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and your feedback helps us address areas where we need to do better. As per our conversation this morning, I did put the credit on your account for the next inspection.
