Had to return for software update that should have been done when the infotainment system was replaced. Then took another 2 hours to download and reconnect the phones that took a sales rep and service man done when the infotainment system was replaced. Then took another 2 hours to download and reconnect the phones that took a sales rep and service manager to figure out. The staff were very engaged and helpful so that is why the rating is a four.
