Brand new Jetta had to be towed 8 days after receiving. Had to call service department for update No explanation of service done when I picked car 4 days later. Never heard back from anyone since. I leased my Jetta through this dealership and everyone was super helpful in the process! Since then I have only gotten my Jetta serviced here and I will not take it anywhere else. This dealership also has was super helpful in the process! Since then I have only gotten my Jetta serviced here and I will not take it anywhere else. This dealership also has a new system where they’ll text you video updates for your car while it’s being serviced to let you know how your car is looking and anything they may have noticed. Overall, love this dealer! More
