The service given was good. Jesse explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. However, I think the price of service was a lot to replace a clock spring especially with the 3 hrs I spent there that was going on with my vehicle. Nonetheless, the task was completed and I am satisfied that I now have a working horn. More

They were fantastic to deal with at the service department. We had emergency issue with car, another local dealer couldnt see us for 10 days, but North Penn got us in same day and had car back to u department.
