GREAT SERVICE BY THIS SERVICE DEPT Like always, Ken Benton's service department did a fantastic job with my Volkswagen Eos. They always go above and beyond in taking care of my needs with my vehicle. They never upsell me, are always timely and efficient, easy to work with, flexible, and great with their recommendations for suggested but not required repairs. Whenever I do not take the suggestion, I find that Ken was right with his prediction. I cannot say enough about getting my car serviced by this dealer. Also, I needed an engine repair just outside of warranty two years ago. I had my car towed to the Volkswagen dealer in cherry Hill and my car sat on their lot without being touched for 6 weeks!!! SIX. WEEKS. I finally paid to have my car towed to North Penn Volkswagen, paid a $1700 bill to cherry hill vw, and it was the best decision. Ken with North Penn had the engine repair completley finished in a week!! He even ordered parts before I ordered the tow truck once I told him what was going on. He went out of his way to guide and advise me before I transferred my car to his dealership by communicating with corporate vw to see what options were available for assistance as well as with my third party warranty company. He is excellent in his role and I will always take the drive to have my car serviced by his department because they are genuinely good people who are great at their iobs. Also, love Antonio Miller in sales. He used to work in the rental department. Such a great personable guy who goes out of way for his customers. Ken Piccari in collision is great, too. More
