My car is a 2014 Passat, and I have been coming to your dealership since I bought my car. I came in a week & a half ago because my trunk wouldn’t open. It turned out it was a faulty latch & I had to come b dealership since I bought my car. I came in a week & a half ago because my trunk wouldn’t open. It turned out it was a faulty latch & I had to come back a couple of days later - no problem. But I was charged$164. For a diagnostic. When I came back I was charged $290 + tax. I don’t know why I was charged for the diagnostic & also I was there 2 weeeks earlier for an oil change & I was told I need some 2 year maintenance, that was around &500. I don’t know what was the reason for the diagnostic. More

Entire service team was very nice and accommodating. Service on my 2021 TIGUAN was completed in a timely manner and I appreciated the video sent to show me the work in progress. Being a perfectionist my self, I notice the little things like keeping the interior of my vehicle clean and protected, I also noticed the precise placement of the inspection stickers, neatly placed 1/8” apart and symmetrically aligned with the dash and windshield post. I also appreciate the shuttle service and enjoyed chatting and listening to “OLDIES” music with the driver. Overall the service experience was very pleasant. Last but not least, the car wash and delivering my car right to the service area door was icing on the cake! North Penn has the service process perfected! Thank you! More
