Really seem to care for providing the best, most informed service for our VW, and to accommodate our schedule. I do find it appalling that follow-up calls seem to try to catch your fine employees not trying service for our VW, and to accommodate our schedule. I do find it appalling that follow-up calls seem to try to catch your fine employees not trying to squeeze every penny out of us. Why ask if certain services were recommended even after the invoice shows they were paid for? You should already know the answer! More

The service here is always amazing, with staff friendly and helpful. I have never had a negative experience here and I’ve been here a few times. I just moved from Brooklyn, and I’m not used to this type of and helpful. I have never had a negative experience here and I’ve been here a few times. I just moved from Brooklyn, and I’m not used to this type of hospitality. Service at VW in NYC was atrocious, but here I don’t feel like a number. Each interaction feels personal, and it’s what’s going to have me keep coming back even when I move out of this area! More

It took a lot longer for them to complete my car for just an oil change and inspection it was estimated at 2.5 hours. I brought the car in at 8 am. The car wasn’t read even by 12. I had appointments to get t an oil change and inspection it was estimated at 2.5 hours. I brought the car in at 8 am. The car wasn’t read even by 12. I had appointments to get to so I needed a loaner car. And I had asked them to wash the car and vacuum which wasn’t done. The inside glass was cleaned. The service desk people were very nice though. But it was really inconvenient to have to bring back the car that was loaned by a certain time when I had to care give with an ill patient. So overall was not happy about the time or the car not being cleaned, but again wish it was better in that way More

Everyone at NP Volkswagen is always super friendly and helpful. When I got in my accident, I called to see what I needed to do and they helped me get in touch with the roadside service team and helped me helpful.
