North Penn VW - Service Center

My car was undriveable due to a broken part that was on backorder. They were able to provide me with a rental car until the part came in, which was amazing!!! Every other VW dealer I called told me I was s backorder. They were able to provide me with a rental car until the part came in, which was amazing!!! Every other VW dealer I called told me I was short of luck and would just be stuck with an undriveable car. The only issue I had is that my car interior had what looked like oil/grease splashed in different areas like the front seats and center console when I got it back. I'm not sure if the issue was that the mechanic didn't think to take his dirty gloves off while working in my car? My car wasn't perfectly clean before (typical dirt like crumbs), but I didn't expect to have to spend an hour scrubbing my seats, the center console, and other random spots that I know weren't coated in grease when I initially gave it to them. More

this was the second time I showed up and they didn’t keep notes on why I needed the appointment, and didn’t note I was staying while they worked on my car, which led me to be there all day. It was my third trip (1hr drive each way) for the same issue, so that was frustrating. Bright side, Erin was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. More
