Daryl, in sales, was kind, thoughtful and not a bit pushy. The whole experience was super pleasant, and my daughter drove away with her new, and very orange, car the same day. I own a 2017 Honda Civic that i got from a different dealership. It was due for an inspection and oil change. Soooo - while I was there, I asked, could this possibly be accomplished? Service rep, Jamal, said absolutely. And my car was serviced that very day. Jamal was great, and I will definitely be returning to North Shore Honda for future service and leases. More

Unable to deliver what was promised. Be careful; they may offer incentive laden price with no intention on delivering a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle and waited 4 weeks; still no car. If this wasn't bad enough, there will be no contact/updates throughout waiting period. In the age of customer centricity it is crucial to keep consumer advised as to progress or lack thereof. If I didn't call the dealership, it would still be a fail to deliver on their books with no direction or way forward. There is a clear lack of management which would explain away part of the ordeal. However, it does not excuse returning phone calls and alike. It is simple common decency to return a call and provide update for the customer. This cannot happen. I should have realized early in the process; however I was a little slow on the uptake. Live and learn. Find another dealer on Long Island. More
