I'll be back! I have been leasing Honda's for 10 years now. One for me and one for my wife. We have bounced around between 4 dealers on Long Island and I have to sa I have been leasing Honda's for 10 years now. One for me and one for my wife. We have bounced around between 4 dealers on Long Island and I have to say although this one is furthest from my home I chose them for being upfront from the beginning. The internet sales Manager [Corey] even made a video introducing himself. He responded to to every email with numbers!.. not just words. Upon arriving I was assisted by Harold Wagner who has been with the same dealer for over a decade (that says something about management right there). Nothing was forced on me and the day wasn't filled with back and forth negotiating a price. I walked away that same day with the car in the color I wanted in less than 2 hours (and that's only because my wife had to come out on her lunch break to sigh the papers). Very Satisfied. Call me old fashion, but I'm into BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS and helping sustain the individuals I'm in relationship with. I have no problem with an individual trying to make a buck these days but its rarely experienced that a business respects its customer and doesn't conspire to get more $$ out of their pocket. More

He's helped me with every car even to the point of picking out colors for me. He took me for a test drive and explained all the new features on the 2017 as compared to the 2014 I was turning in. It's a good thing because I wouldn't have been able to get out of the parking lot without him. I also know that if I have any problems, all I have to do is call him. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sports Special Edition. He took me on a test drive and convinced me that this vehicle that I am driving is one of the best if not the best choice of sedan ever made. He also taught me the various functions of the vehicle. After he finished his sales presentation I had no other choice than to buy the vehicle . It the best choice I made, the car is great and wonderful especially with the remote start for hot and cold weather very nice. Leather interior with heated seats all of this takes comfort to another level. I would highly recommend this dealership for the wonderful experience of trustworthiness and professionalism that I received. More

No high-pressure conversations; just friendly, thorough and informative discussions. And when he was uncertain of an answer, he put me on a brief "hold" and got an answer. When I arrived at the dealership, Cory passed me on to Peter, who continued with similar service. He was flexible with my requests and helpful in finding me a car from another dealership, and getting it delivered within a couple of days. It was all about what specific car and options that I wanted, and how they could meet my expectations. At the end of the transaction, I worked with Phil. A gentleman. And the process could not have gone smoother. I've been to other dealerships, where employees sometimes get pulled between multiple customers or don't deliver on promises. Not here. It was a uniquely enjoyable experience. More

Richard Cirami is “The Carman of NY” One year ago we purchased a vehicle from North Shore Honda and dealt with Richard Cirami Who is the consummate professional. Last week I took one of my employees to purchase a car. She has limited credit and a few derogatory comments on her credit profile. This worried her about getting approved I assured her that Richard would get her approved. We picked out a Honda Civic with Cindy Campos who is extraordinary and then sat with Richard for about half hour. Not only did he get her approved by three banks but he managed to convince the bankers that she was trustworthy and they gave her a tear one rate with no money down. This is why I recommend North Shore Honda and the only person to see there is The Carman of New York himself! Richard Cirami honest trustworthy and one of the best finance managers that I have ever dealt with. Thank you Richard always a pleasure to do business with you. More

Deceptive practices MR. Cirami either purposefully lied about what honda care covered or has no clue what it covers. Based on how seasoned he is, it was intentional. We a MR. We were also told he would be able to refinance us in 7 months. I'm sure that was deceptive as well, based on other reviews. I would err on the side of caution with this dealership. The general manager didn't even want to take the time to listen, which leads me to believe he is aware of what goes on. More
