Staff at the service front desk was very impolite. I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman from front desk service told me that caps can not be removed and he left. I went to the tire center beside the dealer and they change the valves in few minutes. Service dept at the dealer could not do a very simple job. In addition, i bought the car at the dealer and they told me to have a ride or they will lend me a car when I drop my car for service. I did not have a ride to my work and no car. More
