Finance and sales will try to screw you! Lots of secrecy and double talk. I have never had a car buying experience go so wrong and I am still finding out things they pullled a month later. Give them a honest survey on the Ford survey and they will try to get you to enhance your survey with petty car washes and free line jobs. They are trying to keep a refund from unused warranty on my trade in as part of the payment for my new truck. I specially told them no and they snuck it in anyway. I have been waiting and checking the mailbox for a month for that rebate which was close to $3000 only to call today and find out they were trying to keep it. The finance manager even told me during closing that i was getting a refund back from the warranties and also my gap insurance from the previous loan. I have not received one cent. When I called he said it was a separate form to sign that said I was forfeiting the refund. I have no such form in my paperwork. He said we could take it off and the loan and payment would go up even though I agreed on an amount to be financed on the buyers order. Shady does not do justice to this dealership. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away and I mean far away! More

My 2016 Honda Owner Guide " Specifies Premium Grade 0W-20 detergent oil and the N.S. coupon provides Motorcraft Synthetic Blend which would surely meet Honda approval. The service man only had a pretty lame excuse that N.S. only had the 0W-20 oil in bottles so it would therefore cost me $20 extra. How can N.S. be in business and not stock the popular 0W-20??? How many other coupons have been voided (at $20 each) by N.S,. using this fake "bait and switch" reason?? Lesson learned: Don't trust N.S.Ford ads or info. More

Purchas of 2018 Ford Focus via internet The dealership had the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. I looked around and no local dealers could match the price. I drove 2.5 hs to the deale The dealership had the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. I looked around and no local dealers could match the price. I drove 2.5 hs to the dealership and the internet sales person Carl was very profesional, had the vehicles ready for me to test drive and was very acomodating. The only thing I didn’t like is that he never mentioned to me the dealer adds!!! Only after I tested the vehicle he showed me all the adds that added around 1,700 to the vehicle. He told me that he would only charge me for the tint and I agree to that. After he gave me the RICHARD price with taxes and Fer the Sales Manager walked in and in a very rude way said that that was not the price and they ne sed to add another 1300 to the vehicle price. He almost told me if I didn’t like go somewhere else. Carl intervened and brought the Sales Director who was very nice and told me that they will honor the original price.!!! After the purchase was done I told the sales director that with a sales manager like that he was more likely to loose customers rather than gain them. Thanks to the attitude of the Sales Director and Carl I would consider NS Ford for my future vehicle purchase. More

Horrible Experience Went there to get my car body work done. I took 2 days of PTO to bring my car in. i get there this morning 8/30/2018 at 7am only to be told (by James Britt) they couldn’t check my car for me to bring it another day! Told him that I took PTO, so that he can get my car fixed from a wheel allignment and a noise it makes when I press on the brakes.. He didn’t care what I had to say!!! I’ve only had my car since May and have had this issue since then. Even Took my car to a ford dealership in Houston. They said they fixed the issue but they did not. I shouldn’t be having to go through this. You’d think they’d care since I came in from Houston. Who wants to take PTO to get their car fixed and then being given the run around?
