You guys thought of everything. I especially like the technology discussion with Danh, coming from a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 with no bells and whistles to the NX 300 was definitely different and the tutorial made me enjoy my vehicle even more the next day. Even with his broken foot he was really attentive. And the Finance Manager Marcus was very nice as well. All and all a great job to everyone. Side note: Great atmosphere but I particularly LOVE the Coke machine, I think that sold me be for I saw the car. HAHA. More

I have to start with the fact that the old building was nice, but this new building is amazing! The wait area is bright and comfortable and the fire-scape area is warm and inviting. Even my seven-year-old nice, but this new building is amazing! The wait area is bright and comfortable and the fire-scape area is warm and inviting. Even my seven-year-old grandson felt right at home as we waited. As for Needham, he was both patient and explanatory. Patient because we had been working with him for a few months to get the car we both desired and the finances to make the purchase. Graciously explanatory as we went over every single detail for our desired car and our purchase. If we ever need to make another Lexus purchase (this is our third), we will definitely work with Needham again. A James Vu was personable and very easy to work with for the finance end of our purchase. And Ava was able to help with an issue on the Lexus app that kept me connected with my previous lease. She made the right phone calls to whoever needed to take care of that. Extremely helpful! More

I kept calling to check on status and was told I was still on the list because they had too many cars ahead. I waited patiently for years and never got a phone call from them, I finally went over to the dealer and spoke to Teri ( the service manager ). She could't find me in the system and promised to get back with me and never did. We have been driving nothing but Lexus and Toyota in our family. Whatever happened to "Lexus superior customer service"?. I'm now trying to sell the car and can't get anything for it because of the ugly cracks on the dashboard. I'm going to write to the cooperate office and maybe someone gives a xxxx there. More
