I questioned every single line item, every add on, every thing I could think of before I would agree on a price. They were very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. There were no surprises, no hidden costs everything was very up front which is not the norm when dealing with a car dealer. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its features and the warranties. Mr. Diaz was very professional and prompt with the entire process.
