In the past, we had been turned away or told that I only qualified for an overly used car that seemed worse than what I was replacing. Some dealers even put serious effort into selling us a vehicle that was not of their dealership! The morning my Father had set out to find a new car I fear this would happen all over again. Instead, the opposite happened. Promptly in the morning Matt Dehler called me to talk to me about my financial situation and then he explained what my possible options were and what he would try to do to make something work. He went above and beyond to work with me and to make sure I got a vehicle I could be proud of driving. He kept me informed every step of the way and even reassured my Father and I that he was doing everything he can to help us out. I never though I would drive away with a brand new Jeep Compass but the second he said it was mine I could not have been happier. He made the transaction easy, stress free and did not pass judgment on our financial situation. He truly is an asset to this dealership!! On Friday I ran into Matt Dehler and told him how I have 6 months left of my lease and that I was interested in buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude as my next vehicle. After giving him some information pertaining to the lease, he immediately did research and got back to me within two days saying he could get me out of my lease early and into my dream car (without being bombarded with fees). Thanks to Matt, this was by far the quickest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! He went out of his way; in the office and out of the office to answer all of my questions and find me the best possible deal. 5 days after mentioning my interests, I was driving off the lot with the Jeep I’ve always wanted. They saved us $80.00 a month and the staff was far more professional than the staff at the other Dealerships. We bought our previous Jeep here and will be back when we need the next one.
