They sold me a car that they didn't have a title to. They had a car on their lot for sale that I was interested in. I kept in touch and they gave me a better deal so I said I would buy it. I emptied my car of everything (I have a trunk full of work stuff) and went there because they said I could sign the paperwork and take the car that day. I was very excited to pick up my new car. After we started the sale paperwork they said that they would have to send me on a dealer plate because they didn't have the title. Then they said I could not take the car on the dealer plate because I live out of state and my Insurance won't cover me on an out of state dealer plate. They said could not put me in a dealer plate if MY insurance wouldn't cover it....what about THEIR insurance? It was their mistake selling a car that they didn't have a title to. They said nope they would not. They lost my business for life! I like their service dept and I liked my salesman but the general manager is a fool. It was THEIR MISTAKE and they should have let me take the car I just bought and was excited to take and drive. I should never had been told it may take 10 days or so to get the title and then I could come back to get the car. Their loss. More

Thank god we did because we walked away with a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee all thanks to Will Hogarth and the team!! From the start, even though he had an appointment in 15 mins, Will sat us down and listened to our needs and wants. When his clients for his appointment came, we decided to go out to eat and come back at a reasonable time for him and Will was all for it! We came back the same day and Will picked out a beautiful Granite Crystal Jeep grand Cherokee that I instantly fell in love with. We test drove it and then when we came back, we talked numbers. This was my first time leasing a car and even dealing with a dealership in Connecticut since I am originally from NJ and all I have to say is that Will had excellent customer service skills. He kept us talking and was very understandable when it came to numbers. What I personally liked the best was that he was all ears for us. He listened to our needs more than just trying to push a sale on us, which I thought was very thoughtful. We are so glad we stopped in that Saturday and met Will.
