Vehicle purchase made easy I just purchased a new truck at NW Jeep. I visited NW Jeep several times among other dealerships. The sales staff I dealt with (OC and Tanja) were always very friendly and helpful. It took me a long time (several months) to make a decision and the staff was very pleasant and patient. I was not pressured in any way which was very important to me. I will not purchase a vehicle if I am pressured. I need my time to think about a purchase this big and NW Jeep gave me all the time I needed without bugging me to come in and "make a deal". I particularly enjoyed dealing with Richard the sales manager. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had a very bad experience with a Ford dealership in Beaverton in the past and mentioned my concerns to Richard and asked to negotiate the price with him only and no secret manager with the big sharpie in the back, none of the classic infamous treatments. That's exactly what we did. Richard and I negotiated the price in a very friendly way and he gave me truly a fair price on both the new vehicle and my trade in. Red Dodge Durango RT I found NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge through CarGurus. The experience was too good to be true, I had been looking for over 8 months and test drove at least I found NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge through CarGurus. The experience was too good to be true, I had been looking for over 8 months and test drove at least 7 vehicles, including the Durango RT. After finding the best price and reviews on CarGurus I called NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge to ask if they had the Red Durango RT available (after explaining that I didn't want to leave my phone number). Shannon's immediate response was to check and in less than a minute he let me know that it was in stock. I drove in to meet Shannon and test drive the vehicle, which I immediately fell in love with. I let Shannon know that I'd be checking with my credit union first to let them know I've found the vehicle I want, Shannon explained that if my credit union didn't work out he could personally find financing for me. The next day I checked with my credit union and had no luck, and decided to take Shannon up on his financing offer. Seeing as I had challenged credit the process took longer than I expected, but during the negotiation Shannon became increasingly confident in the situation. During the last part of the negotiation I remember telling Shannon that there's nothing better than seeing a salesman with a smile on his face. Within 24 hours I was driving my Red Dodge Durango. I don't want to leave out Richard the sales manager and Shawn the business manager. This purchase wouldn't have gone so smoothly without these professional team players. Thank you! More

Jonathan's lack of communication as well as mis-leading information throughout our experience resulted in 10-days wasted in our efforts to find and purchase a car. They claim that the car we were waiting on was being serviced, and in the end had so much wrong with it that it went to wholesale.. but what's odd is: the day we negotiated pricing, and came to an agreement (even offering to put a down-payment to hold the car while it went through maintenance/servicing) the car was removed from their website's inventory. Then, a day later, suddenly re-appeared with a higher price than originally listed. When we asked Jonathan about it, and verified that we were still on-track to purchase it, he reassured us that everything was going smooth, and it was still meant for us with the priced we had agreed upon. A couple days later (and NO further communication from Jonathan) the car disappeared from the site again. We kept checking back through e-mail and phone calls trying to find out a time-line on when the car would be ready, and were unable to EVER contact Jonathan again. Finally, TEN DAYS after our initial visit..we suddenly are told (by a different sales rep, Paul) that the car had too much wrong with it, and they sent it to a different wholesale lot. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND A BUNCH OF B.S. We suspect it was sold to someone else for a higher price..which is FINE, but DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME! We will NEVER consider NW Jeep again, and will be sure to steer any friends and family clear of them. More

We came back to NJCD to close on the relationship we received from Eric Kalik our helpful sales agent. Super friendly, goofy, but above all a serious relationship guy. We LOVE our affordable car he sold us, and just in the past two days have received more compliments about our ride than we ever had about our prior car. Best choice ever! More
