Great Car Buying Experience I've bought many cars over the course of my life and I've always dreaded the experience. Whether it was haggling over price or waiting for the salesma I've bought many cars over the course of my life and I've always dreaded the experience. Whether it was haggling over price or waiting for the salesman to return from yet another talk with his manager, the only thought on my mind after a while was when the torture would end. Happy to say that Novak Motors and Don Lamperti are not your typical dealership and salesman. First, there is no pressure at all. Don answered my questions, showed me the car, and took me for a test drive - all within 1 hour. The car was in great shape and the price was more than fair. On the day I picked up the car, I was out in a little more than a half-hour and that included signing the financing paperwork. Don followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I liked the car. A great experience from beginning to end. There is no way I'll ever go to another dealership after this experience. These guys are the real deal. More
