They sold me a car in June with non-working rain-sensing wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insuranc wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices. 16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly.
