This is a response to owner whose comment is listed after this.., I have the documents that dispute your claims… your dealership fees are double what you say…I am not speaking about the $300 finance fee in t this.., I have the documents that dispute your claims… your dealership fees are double what you say…I am not speaking about the $300 finance fee in the lease… I am speaking to the fees you charge/add not listed in the lease contract… I have documents to support that… and as I said there is no reason for the dealership to charge double the fees for registration and title just to have to give back the amount you UNNECESSARILY collected via a check at a later date sometime in the future… the fees for reg and title are available on the MVC website and everyone have access to them… people need to be aware of your business practices and excessive fees, especially in a lease buyout which are not just $499 as you claim… as I said I have documents that your person sent that dispute your claims in your response. Sorry you are offended at the truth. “ Stephanie: Your review and comments are completely unwarranted. I apologize for your misunderstanding the numbers our staff provided to you via email. It is best for you to come in and speak with Peter who sent you the quote online. We have NEVER charged a single customer $2000 in additional fees for a lease buyout. Any fees you are required to pay include sales tax and motor vehicles fees which are all due to the State of New Jersey. Nutley Kia does charge a $499 documentary fee - that's it; our fee is significantly lower than the average fee charged by most other dealerships. Kia Finance does charge a $300 fee that is fully disclosed on your lease agreement. As we explained, you also have the option to work directly with Kia Finance to handle your lease buyout -- you will be responsible for handing your own motor vehicle paperwork and title transfer. The registration fees on the DMV website are not clear as day and often inaccurate. If there is an instance where we overcharge a customer for registration (because the State website is not accurate) we refund the customer any difference -- even if it is a penny. NEVER GO TO NUTLEY KIA. UPON LEASE EXPIRATION WE DECIDED TO BUY OUT THE LEASE. WAS GOING TO FINANCE BUYOUT WITH KIA FINANCE. NUTLEY KIA ADDED OVER $2000 IN ADDITIONAL FEE UPON LEASE EXPIRATION WE DECIDED TO BUY OUT THE LEASE. WAS GOING TO FINANCE BUYOUT WITH KIA FINANCE. NUTLEY KIA ADDED OVER $2000 IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND DOUBLED THE REGISTRATION AND TITLE FEES CHARGED BY THE DMV. OH THEY SAID IF THEY OVERCHARGED WE WOULD EVENTUALLY GET A CHECK BACK. NO REASON TO EVER OVERCHARGE/CHARGE DOUBLE FOR REG/TITLE FEES. THEY ARE PLAIN AS DAY ON THE WEBSITE. THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OR LOYAL TO KIA OWNERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE KIAS. More

I have always had a very negative outlook on car dealerships and car salesman. With that being said, Ulises, Kyle, Chris and Nutley Kia have entirely changed my views. It seems like no matter whe dealerships and car salesman. With that being said, Ulises, Kyle, Chris and Nutley Kia have entirely changed my views. It seems like no matter where you go, dealers add bogus fee after bogus fee to your cars price. "Reconditioning" fees, a fee for not financing with them, a fee for breathing in their building, etc. Nutley Kia was absolutely no nonsense when it came to the negotiation of the vehicle price. The only thing on the invoice was the price of the vehicle, doc fees, registration and taxes. That's it. And this doesnt mean that they didnt put work into the car. Oh no, see the reason why I came in is because I saw the carfax of the vehicle that I was interested in and saw that they had indeed put work into it. They replaced all brake pads and rotors, put on new tires, replaced the battery, plus all the standard maintenance like oil, oil filter, air filters, wipers, etc. All this and they didnt charge me a dime for "reconditioning." They proved to me that they care about what theyre selling. Trying to get other places to put this kind of work into a car is like pulling teeth and they often "promise" you theyll do it if you buy the car. Dont make that mistake. Oh, and I did not purchase a Kia from them, but they still included a 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Which is far from the bare minimum. I HIGHLY recommend Nutley Kia if youre looking into a new vehicle. I know I wont be shopping anywhere else as long as theyre around. More
