Michael John listened to what I wanted and got me in the EXACT truck I asked for. With all of the shortages I have spoke to dozens of dealers who did not care about what I wanted just what they were going t EXACT truck I asked for. I flew to Denver and they had all of my paperwork ready to go, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. This is how you build long term relationships with customers who will come back. No doubt Michael will remember my name because he cares... that is not something you see from a car dealer anymore. Once more I am disappointed with this place . I bought a car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit car and have had it for Almost two years and it tells me i have a tire mobility kit. Well yesterday I had a flat and went to get my tire mobility kit from the trunk .There is not one.in there ? No jack no lug wrenches no compressor and no bottle of repair fluid . You would think that they would check to make sure you have this in the car before you turn it over to the customer I would not send any one to this dealership to buy a car or truck . And there service department does not do a complete service on your car when you take it in . twice had to complain about things they did not do on my service .That is listed as a safety checks Out of three visits I have had three disappointments More
