Very expensive to replace a passenger door handle. Made an appointment for Friday morning, which really isn’t an appointment, but expressed that I would be waiting for the car to be fixed. There was confusion between the shop and the representative as to the amount that needed to be paid. Apparently the door had to be taken apart twice because the first time didn’t work. Also heard two sales people in front of me talking about commission, and how upset one was that he wasn’t getting his fair share. Not a good representation of Ford during this experience. More
