I had a poor experience at O'meara Ford's service department. I scheduled an appointment at 7AM on a Friday to get my new truck's first oil change and have a few minor items addressed, the primary on department. I scheduled an appointment at 7AM on a Friday to get my new truck's first oil change and have a few minor items addressed, the primary one being the electric mirrors don't work. I was told they would need until Monday or Tuesday to resolve which I said was fine. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday came and went with zero communication and no response to my text Monday. Tuesday mid-day I called and was told the truck hadn't even been looked at yet. 3 full business days and 5 calendar days and they hadn't even started work on it yet. I have no idea why they even schedule appointments as I found a similar experiences to mine in the other reviews. I ended up cancelling all the other requests and just getting the oil change which was supposed to include a tire rotation and air pressure check through my prepaid maintenance plan. For whatever reason they had an issue using the prepaid maintenance so I got the vehicle back with only an oil change and will have to do the tire rotation and get the air pressures sorted out myself. I even brought donuts for Veterans Day when I dropped the truck off. I hope you guys enjoyed them because there is no chance I'll ever service a vehicle here again. More
I was told if I brought my truck in at the beginning of the week I would have back by the end of the week. They didn’t even bother to look at it for a week in a half. Then proceed to tell me they couldn’t the week I would have back by the end of the week. They didn’t even bother to look at it for a week in a half. Then proceed to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong with my truck for the reason I brought it in for. Then after 2 weeks they tell me they found it after another technician looked at it when I originally brought in for a small oil leak which is not hard to find considering it was leaking in place. So after 2 weeks got my truck back to find a new door ding/ scratch on my door. Truck is acting funny now along with the fuel gage. I will be looking else where to take my truck in for service. More

Completely unsatisfied with my experience and lack of help at O'Meara! Had my vehicle 2.5 days and hadn't even done a diagnosis of the problem.
