I’ve been bringing my pick up trucks to Omeara for 4 years. I had a raptor that I even bought brand new and put 105k miles on in one year and got all my service done at omeara. However if customer loyalty isn’t going to be appreciated I’m just not going to go there anymore. I brought my recent raptor for service and asked for a noise to be checked out. They told me there wasn’t a noise. I later had to bring the truck in for the same problem associated with that noise. Meanwhile everyone in the service department knows I drive a lot of miles for work. So my truck being in the shop for something that was missed is now interfering with my work. This is understandable, but not in my case since I specifically told them earlier there was 100% for sure an unordinary noise. 2ns I had the truck come in for another problem which also the same thing. They made me schedule an appointment again for another noise which they said they didn’t hear but later said they did. I got overquotted so much for the job I turned it down. I had to fly in from out of state and pay 100$ for a taxi to come pick up the truck out of my convenience again for them not hearing a sound you can hear right when you drive out of the bay. They kept saying they couldn’t hear a noise in both instances. Both instances there was a problem, the first one being severe. That’s 4 trips to the dealership total and 2 of them were because of lazy employees saying there isn’t a noise. I travel out of state and I can’t have my truck break down in the middle of nowhere and towed to a Ford dealership because someone at omeara thought it was funny to say there’s nothing wrong. The most disrespectful thing then to do is over quote me after wasting so much of my time and money ESPECIALLY after I continued to show customer loyalty.
