Jim was great. My wife and I were pressed to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident before our rental time expired. We both work out of town and Jim understood and worked with us via text and vehicle that was totaled in an accident before our rental time expired. Tried to do this with another local dealer and still haven't heard back from them. I also wanted some additional work done at my expense. Jim arranged and handled the entire transaction with the vendor. All I had to do was leave a check with Jim. We were very pleased with our buying experience and will have no problem referring other folks to Jim. More
