Great job in a trying time! I worked with Greg to purchase a vehicle during the coronavirus outbreak, which made things a bit more complicated than originally anticipated. Greg was fantastic though, I reached out about the vehicle I was interested in, got him detailed info on my trade, and within a couple days we had gotten numbers to the point where I was happy and the dealership was still coming out where they needed to be. O'Daniel's got me approved for a loan at a rate I was comfortable with, and took a deposit on the vehicle to hold it for me. I drove down from Michigan to pick up the car and Greg met me at the door, wearing a mask and avoiding contact which I appreciated as I have a newborn child at home and am thus at a higher risk. We went for a quick test drive to make sure I was happy with the car (I was) and then went back and finished paperwork with Casey (who was also great!). Altogether because Greg had crunched everything for me ahead of time to save time and protect my family, I was in and out in just under 2 hours from when I hit the lot to when I pulled off in my new car. Everyone was extremely safe and aware of the COVID concerns, but beyond that it was just a good dealership experience anyways. I worked at a dealership myself several years ago and I've seen what the other side of this business is. Kudos to O'Daniel's for being a nice place to work with! More

We were a bit scared to look at any new cars because of the "Covid19" situation but they made our new Jeep Compass search experience very easy, including having vehicles cleaned and prepared for test drive without having to neglect the social distance orders currently in place. They appraised our trade without us even having to leave our vehicle. Our Salesman, Corey Harris, did an excellent job taking our credit application and trade documents over the internet. He was patient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in this process. There Finance Department went the extra mile to explain the details on our purchase utilizing Chrysler Credit. The entire delivery process took less than one hour and went virtually flawless. Craig Ruskaup, one of the GM's, took time to come outside to introduce himself during the delivery process and congratulated us on our new purchase.
