The purchase was a little complicated because we were buying on behalf our son who was out of the country. The dealership worked with us as we lined up financing and jumped through some hoops due to our son (the purchaser) being unavailable to sign. Because that Salesperson, Darrin Bickel, made it a point to call me and let me know he had our account when the old salesperson left, it gave us a contact to begin negotiations with right away. And because we had just purchased a vehicle within two years, we did not look like maybe an ideal candidate to buy soon. Sometimes just keeping a relationship connection can lead to good things.
